From the Musashi Gold series comes this intricately hand crafted limited edition “Haru No Hana” (Spring Flower) Katana by Master Sword Smith Shen Zhou. Hand forged using 1095 high carbon steel this katana is a must-have for any serious collector or practitioner of the way of the samurai. The blade has gone through clay tempered process and features a Notare style hamon. The polish on the blade is almost mirror like. You can clearly see your own reflections on the blade. The handle is real ray skin wrapped battle style in black cotton cord. The maru gata style brass tsuba features a detailed blossoming spring flowers design. The piano coating saya has integrated buffalo horn accent pieces to finish off this masterpiece.
