Musashi Inaka

From the Musashi Platinum Collection comes this intricately hand crafted “Inaka” Katana. Kobuse-kitae hand forged technique combining 1060 and 1045 high carbon steel resulting a beautiful and resilient blade with a unique hamon pattern. With hard steel wrapped around soft steel, the Umi Katana is both strong and flexible.
The detailed Maru Gata style brass tsuba depicts the “Inaka”, or country side. Each side of the tsuba depicts the peaceful serenity of the Japanese country side. While samurai can be quite fierce, they are also known to be very peaceful.
The wood handle is real ray skin wrapped in traditional black cotton cord. It also features brass Fuchi and Kashira.
Included with this katana is a maintenance kit to make sure your katana lasts a lifetime as well as a premium sword bag, deluxe gift box, Certificate of Authenticity. Each sword is individually numbered on the tang.
