From the Musashi Silver series comes this intricately hand crafted “Kurēn” (Crane) Katana by Master Sword Smith Shen Zhou. Hand-forged using 1060 high carbon steel it is a must-have katana for any serious collector or practitioner of the way of the samurai. The blade has gone through clay tempered process and features a real hamon. The polish on the blade is almost mirror-like. You can see your reflections on the blade. The handle is real ray skin wrapped in a brown cotton cord. The kiku gata style tsuba features a Japanese traditional crane design. The black wooden saya holds the katana securely until ready to use.
